Ninth and North Interiors is based in Salt Lake City at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. We work all over Utah, frequent our original stomping grounds of Chicago, and travel anywhere else to design that our clients desire. N+N specializes in construction projects, teaming up with both residential homeowners as well as general contractors and developers to cultivate custom interiors. We do not believe that one design fits all and treat every project as a fresh and special design opportunity. Through creative space planning, collaborative curation, and selective editing, we provide a design experience that is tailored to each person and client.  

N+N works on a wide range of design styles but specifically loves eclectic collections. We are enamored by contrast and love the mix of bright whites against natural textures and vibrant patterns.

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER, OWNER

Jocelyn has garnered her design experience through working with clients on full-scale design-build projects from their earliest conceived dream to live-in ready. Her strong construction background combined with her vast knowledge of product offerings and styling enables her to be a strong friend and advocate for her clients throughout the entire design process, and thereafter. 

Growing up in Park City, Utah as the daughter of a general contractor, she had a very early exposure to building and design. She holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design (Brigham Young University- Idaho). Her years of experience include: completing designs through a high-end cabinetry and fixture showroom in Salt Lake City, UT, carrying out custom bathroom and kitchen remodels in the Lakeview Chicago neighborhood, assisting and leading in the full gut-renovations of historic homes and new builds throughout Chicagoland, and, leading the visual and interiors re-branding of a nationally renowned retail clothing company.

When she isn't designing, Jocelyn loves to spend time with her guys - Her husband Spencer, son Dale, and Cavapoo Moose. She loves traveling to and hiking the national parks. She’s also always seeking out the best shows and movies!

If the workers did something that we weren't too pleased with she handled the communications and worked with them to find a solution. Everything was completed on time (a miracle!) and we absolutely LOVE our new home. I am now a big believer in getting a designer to help with remodeling projects.
